Google Director, Product Management, Core User Protection in Zürich, Switzerland
Minimum qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.
15 years of experience in product management, providing product vision and roadmaps, directing product launches, and writing PRDs and MRDs.
15 years of experience within global, technical organizations with multiple product lines, including experience aligning organizations across multiple product lines and developing the direction of a product or company.
Experience leading, mentoring, and growing a team of product managers and technical talent.
Preferred qualifications:
MBA or advanced technical degree.
Experience leading initiatives, developing policies, or providing thought leadership in regulated, high visibility domains.
Expertise in Privacy, Security, or Consumer oriented domains.
Strong communication skills with the ability to represent and advocate for complex business or technical concepts with senior leadership.

Develop a product vision and roadmap, and lead the organization that ensures privacy, safety, and security for Google’s users and devices.
Inspire innovation that results in product transformation, drives improvements in security, safety, and privacy metrics, and addresses gaps and opportunities across product experiences.
Partner closely with leaders across Google to create, drive, and deliver innovative privacy and security products for our users across all Google platforms.
Manage, lead, and grow a team of exceptional Product Managers with a commitment to inspiring a representative, equitable, respectful team and workplace.
Be the public representative of our abuse prevention efforts to the world.
