Robert Half Data Entry Clerk 3 in Zumbrota, Minnesota

Description We are searching for an efficient Data Entry Clerk to join our team in Zumbrota, Minnesota. This role is a key player in our operations team, providing essential support through accurate and timely data entry, documentation, and reporting. This contract employment opportunity will see you handling a variety of office functions, from processing orders to maintaining logs and assisting in auditing processes.


• Input production data into spreadsheets and databases, ensuring accuracy at all times

• Maintain and manage production reports, files, and other documents

• Accurately reconcile inventories and report discrepancies

• Process orders and organize daily paperwork including operator logs and put-up sheets

• Compile data from paperwork to produce daily production reports

• Inspect data for discrepancies, investigate these discrepancies, and resolve or notify the supervisor

• Write and send out production recap emails to appropriate managers and supervisors

• Provide auxiliary support to other roles in quality support, inventory accounting, etc.

• Prepare necessary reports for requested audits

• Assist the operations team with daily activities and projects, maintaining a safe working environment for all employees

• Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations regarding health and safety issues. Requirements • Proficiency in data entry and management

• Familiarity with office functions and operations

• Experience in creating, maintaining and managing documentation

• Ability to conduct regular reporting and auditing tasks

• Understanding of compliance requirements in a business setting

• Knowledge of invoice processing and pricing mechanisms

• Commitment to maintaining quality in all tasks

• Familiarity with database management and workstation support

• Experience in human resources administration

• Supervising skills with the ability to manage a team

• Proficiency in managing spreadsheets and filing systems

• Understanding of shipping processes and maintaining logs

• Ability to identify and resolve discrepancies

• Experience in cost analysis and reconciliation processes

• Familiarity with production processes and paperwork management

• Understanding of sanitation standards in a workplace

• Ability to verify information with accuracy and precision.
