Within our Smart Building Solutions team, we are looking for a Global Product Manager with HVAC Sensors experience

Location: This position is based in Zug - Switzerland
The Role
You will be responsible for the assigned product line business, the portfolio strategy and for managing a profitable growth
Develop the strategy, including market and competitor strategy, innovation portfolio, investments, and partnerships
Manage the complete product lifecycle for the product line
Make jointly decisions with related parties (e.g. investment allocation, pricing etc.)
Take ownership of end-to-end operations excellence
Be the responsible Product Manager within the R&D agile development processes
Provide support to the Regional Countries when it comes to marketing and sales initiatives
Take care of supply chain performance by collaborating with logistics, procurement, quality and production
Your Profile
A background within HVAC or Sensing technology industry would give you the right grasp of our topics
Strong knowledge and experience of sensors is a must have
Several years of practical experience as a Product Manager (preferred), or as a Sales (Promoter) in a comparable industry
Excellent in communication with cross functional team leadership capabilities
Analytical thinking combined with conceptual and organizational abilities
Good rhetorical and presentation skills and capability to promote ideas and products
Fluency in English, German language skills are an advantage
