Overview
KN Senior Research Associate II is responsible for being the technical lead on Pet food Palatant development and works cross functional teams including discovery, operation, raw material identification, and other product development related arears.Responsibilities
Enjoy working with group people in different groups and different regions.
Independently lead multiple R&D projects.
Work mainly on product development and technical plays on multiple cross functional relatively tasks.
Develop the capabilities of having scientific curiosity and capturing any new and useful ideas, technologies, methodologies, processing engineering, and expanse and integrate the knowledges into innovations.
Develop the capabilities of identifying, analyzing logically, and solving the problems.
Responsible for performing literature reviews and incorporating into research strategies.
Identify internal and external opportunities to obtain new intellectual properties and evaluate intellectual properties and develop the new opportunities.
Responsible for identifying and participating in external research collaborations.
Maintain accurate and detailed electronic laboratory notebooks.
Independently perform advanced data analysis and review other data.
Prepare and present research reports in multiple formats for both internal and external audiences.
Generate scientific publications used for internal or external purposes.
Must adhere to laboratory standard operating procedures, documentation and guidelines.
Participate in strategic planning and customer meetings.
Qualifications
Must have a strong science and technology background and solid understanding as well as adherence to lab work.
Self-oriented, organized, and motivated to accomplish tasks.
Have a good experimental design, lab skills, problem shootings.
GC, HPLC, GC/MS, and other instrument skills.
Good written and oral communication skills, suitable for external presentations.
Advanced computer program skills.
Excellent Scientific skills in experiment design and data collect.
Handle multiple projects efficiently.
Good project management skills.
Fluent in English
MINIMUM EDUCATION (including licenses, certifications, designations, etc.) 最低学历（包括 执照 、证书、职称等） :
. Master’s Degree on Chemistry, Food Science, Pharmaceutical, Biochemistry
3+ years of relevant lab R&D working on food, pet food, or other chemistry experiences
