Description and Requirements
职位描述：
业务拓展负责区域内IT管理服务业务和DaaS业务拓展：
区域市场洞察和区域市场拓展策略制定和执行；
区域内关键订单支持；
产品Offering赋能和生态合作伙伴经营。
任职要求：
本科以上学历，计算机通讯相关等相关专业；
5年以上IT行业工作经验，熟悉IT服务管理行业背景；
熟悉IT服务外包行业业态，具备丰富的客户圈子和潜在的客户圈子；
熟悉IT服务外包行业，特别是基础架构运维，应用运维外包的技术背景；
熟悉IT管理服务的offering，熟悉产品背景；
非常好的沟通能力和沟通技巧；
非常好的客户关系和背景，能够快速了解客户需求并匹配客户需求，完成销售；
性格外向、反应敏捷、表达能力强，具有较强的沟通能力及交际技巧，具有亲和力；
具备一定的市场分析及判断能力，良好的客户服务意识；
有责任心，能承受较大的工作压力；
华为、HP、IBM、AC 凯捷等大型企业的IT服务外包销售管理经验背景。
