带领值班团队按照公司EHS规定和操作规程运营本装置，督导本班人员的操作，使装置正常运行
管理好工作许可流程，确保设备维护和维修工作的安全
负责事故处理，并采取必要措施纠正异常运行工况
与内部与外部利益相关方保持密切沟通，使装置按计划平稳运行
落实生产经理安排的其他任务
大专及以上, 化工或环保类专业
3年以上危废焚烧或大型化工装置操作经验；
