Engineering Projects
Develop Concepts for new machinery and equipment
Preparation of Capital Requests and specifications
Performing supplier negotiations and monitoring progress of their work
Performing acceptance tests at suppliers
Installation and commissioning of production machines, parts and lines as well as preparation of documentation
Projects Management
Management and control of engineering projects at site regarding time, budget and quality
Ensuring alignment of local projects to SSL strategy and standards
Project feasibility and pre-evaluation studies
Investment planing for the site
accorinding to S08 procedure to lead investment projects based on Continental Project Management flow (initial, plan, excute, close)
support production and quality to ensure ESH regulations, to perform project management if need investments on machines or infrastructure
Operations department supports
to follow company ESH policy and support operations department on ESH risk assessments, to check and improve plant machine or infrastructure based on investments needs
to support other departments on quality improvements projects
to support ME regarding smart factory, operation digitalization and sustainability standards to seek improvement potential and to perform feasibility study, investment planning and perform projects as required
Energy Improvement
tracking energy cost saving KPI in location together with facility team
seek and define saving projects together with ME P&I, ESH and facility team
degree in natural science, engineering or a related technical or business field
min. 5 years professional experience in process improvements or products improvements area , min. 2 years project management experience
deep understanding of investment and capex, standards, frameworks, and best practices
international project management experience and ability to manage and facilitate change across multiple sites and teams
familiar with industrial production processes
good communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively across cultures and languages
commitment to innovation and continuous improvement combined with the ability to foster a culture of continuous improvement
prefered to have PMP certificate
fluent Engilsh speaking
