Safran Aircraft Engine Services Brussels is a subsidiary of Safran Aircraft Engines, based at Brussels Airport (Zaventem, Belgium), specialized in the inspection, maintenance and repair (MRO) of the advanced LEAP jet engines that power the latest generation of the Airbus A320NEO & Boeing B737MAX narrow body families. Join our HR team as a Project Officer (Security), where you'll oversee daily security operations across our Zaventem and Steenokkerzeel sites. Your main goal will be to implement and monitor security protocols, ensuring the safety of our personnel, property, and information.

Complementary Description

What You'll Do:

• Access Control: Manage and assign access profiles, ensuring only authorized personnel access specific areas.

• Camera Surveillance: Oversee and maintain video surveillance systems.

• Security Staff Supervision: Lead G4S security teams, conduct evaluations, and provide training.

• Policy Implementation: Translate and apply Group security standards locally in collaboration with the HR Director and facility management.

• External Collaboration: Work with partners like G4S and government agencies to ensure compliance with security regulations.

• Risk Management: Conduct risk analyses and develop strategies to mitigate potential threats.

• Emergency Planning: Help develop and coordinate emergency response plans.

Job Requirements

Your profile:

• 3+ years in a similar role, ideally in a production environment.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to simplify complex information.

• Proactive in identifying and solving security issues.

• Fluent in English, Dutch, and French.

• Experience with privacy laws and security practices is a plus.
