Job Description

To strengthen our team we are looking for a Project Management Officer (PMO) to support the Project Manager in achieving the objectives of Costs, Deadlines, Quality, through control risks and opportunities and control of deliverables.

Safran Aircraft Engine Services Brussels is a subsidiary of Safran Aircraft Engines, based at Brussels Airport (Zaventem, Belgium), specialized in the inspection, maintenance and repair (MRO) of the advanced LEAP jet engines that power the latest generation of the Airbus A320NEO & Boeing B737MAX narrow body families. Job Requirements

Your profile:

• A 1st experience in project management using MS Project, including risk management;

• Capacity to drive and manage networks;

• Skills in transversal management;

• Capacity to operate in a multidisciplinary, multicultural and international environment;

• Excellent communication skills;

• Analytical and hands-on mindset;

• Team player.

Specificity of the job

Your role:

• Ensure the development and maintenance of Project tools, with the objective of monitoring and optimizing project performance;

• Ensure the efficiency of project execution for all users by taking into account the harmonization and homogenization of methods and tools for monitoring;

• Participate in the realisation of the risk analysis and drive the action plan related to the risk management;

• Organize and lead the management process (reviews, milestones, decisions and actions);

• Ensure data backup;

• Develop tools for performance monitoring solutions (KPIs) of the project;

• Participate and drive the implementation of an improvement process within the project in accordance with the standards of SAFRAN project management methodologies and consistent with the company's processes.
