Brief Description
Barilla Adriatic is looking for an export Key account Manager based in Zagreb, Croatia. The individual will autonomously manage the assigned distributors & customers in South Adriatic with the support of marketing, finance, customer service and logistics.
We are selecting strong and enthusiastic commercial professionals, willing to professionally grow within a leading multinational food Company.
As customers’ owner he/she will be part of a results driven team and will be given the opportunity to evolve and gain valuable experience in the fields of customer management, customer & shopper marketing, category development and value creation.
Key Accountabilities
+ + To manage the assigned distributors/customers according to market and category strategy.
To negotiate and execute customers’ contracts, focusing on all the elements of the retail marketing mix.
To maintain positive business partnership with customers, capitalizing on their long-lasting successful business relationship with Barilla.
To identify new business opportunities and to manage risks.
Qualification & Skills
Degree/Master in Management, Economics, International business, Marketing or similar.
Mandatory 2-5 years’ experience in sales and/or customer management as Sales rep, Jr. Key account, Key account assistant, Sales manager assistant, Export area manager assistant, etc.. FMCG, Field sales and experience working with distributors will be considered as plus.
Fluency in Croatian or Serbian and English, both oral and written.
Good knowledge of Excel and Power point.
Well developed emotional intelligence and mental agility
Focused on the goals, well organized, team worker.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Drivinge license B and valid passport.
