Trade Marketing Trainee Culinary
A day in the life of Trade Marketing Trainee Culinary
Implements Category Channel plans in line with agreed Channel prioritization (core vs accelerator channels)
Monitors that Channel prioritization and plans are correctly reflected in Sales plans and in trade implementation – Focus reporting tracking & analysis.
Will ensure that SRM mindset, analysis, knowledge is part of the everyday routines processes and thinking.
Co-ordinate execution and track delivery of commercial plans to leverage opportunities, maximize synergies and optimize resource allocations.
Implements POSM process to eliminate losses in WH
Monitors competitive landscape and identifies opportunities for Nestle.
Initiative delivery process (preparation, implementation and follow up of Q initiatives) PPL, Distribution, pipeline, trade plan, Value chain
Sell in sell out analysis
Continuously monitors budget spending in line with agreed planning.
Pre/Post Evaluation Process: Optimizes promotion plans based on systematic promotional evaluation to improve ROI.
Ensure adherence to all company principles and policies.
What will make you successful?
Ideally, you are a proactive person with strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
You are good communicator, have developed interpersonal skills and a good team player.
You have or in the process of acquiring an university degree in relevant field.
You have advanced knowledge of English language, both written and spoken.
You are an advanced user of MS Office package.
