Natives of Kodiak Equipment Operator with CDL - Yuma, AZ in Yuma, Arizona
SWP, LLC. is looking for an Equipment Operator for the construction and maintenance of earthwork structures, such as highways, streets, dikes, temporary roads, etc.

Responsibilities and Duties:
Operates various heavy equipment, including, but not limited to dozers, excavators, backhoes, skid steers, and scrapers.
Performs various activities such as fine grading, finishing, sloping, banking, and excavating.
Performs routine inspection before and after each use.
Performs general maintenance on assigned equipment.
Maintains a clean and safe job site.
Comply and understand company safety policies to ensure a safe work environment.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Valid driver’s license
Minimum 1-2 years of experience operating heavy equipment in a construction environment.
Ability to work outside in all weather conditions and be exposed to elements.
Ability to work in a safety-sensitive construction setting, including exposure to moving machinery and heavy equipment.
Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Ability to commute to the job site.
Must pass company background and drug testing procedures.
