Adecco US, Inc. Senior Facility Maintenance (Manufacturing) in Yucaipa, California
We are seeking a dedicated Senior Facility Maintenance Specialist to join a dynamic team. This role involves developing, overseeing, and improving processes for plant maintenance, cleaning, basic repairs, and pest control for buildings and property. The ideal candidate will come from the manufacturing industry , provide quality oversight, support, and expertise for facility maintenance and cleaning, develop and improve maintenance processes, and possess advanced troubleshooting skills for various systems.
Responsibilities:
Develop and oversee processes for plant maintenance, cleaning, basic repairs, and pest control.
Provide quality oversight, support, and expertise for facility maintenance and cleaning.
Observe, investigate, and evaluate plant maintenance and repairs.
Inspect, repair, and maintain electrical, plumbing, roofing, compressed air systems, lighting, and HVAC-related systems.
Keep property clean and in orderly condition.
Inspect and evaluate repairs to property or equipment to determine the type of work required.
Identify and communicate with management or consultants the need for repairs.
Requisition supplies and equipment for repairs, replacement, cleaning, and maintenance duties.
Understand waste and water disposal procedures and follow safety principles for using chemical cleaners, tools, and power equipment to prevent damage.
Perform other related duties as assigned.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Ability to interpret instructions both written and oral.
Ability to work effectively in a team with co-workers to resolve work issues.
Knowledge of basic shop math.
Forklift certification preferred but not required.
Effective communication skills in English.
Education and Experience:
Bachelor's degree required.
Previous work experience in a manufacturing or facilities setting preferred.

Estimated salary range is between $60K - $120K
