Robert Half Customer Service Representative in Youngstown, Ohio

Description We are in search of a Customer Service Representative to join our team in the Manufacturing industry, located in Youngstown, Ohio. This role offers a long-term contract employment opportunity, where you will be a key point of contact for our customers, answering inquiries and providing consistent service. Your responsibilities will encompass a broad range of tasks, from processing customer applications to maintaining accurate customer records and resolving any issues that arise.

Responsibilities:

• Provide responsive, compassionate customer service, addressing inquiries from healthcare professionals regarding prescription drug benefits.

• Ensure accurate and efficient processing of customer credit applications.

• Maintain precise customer credit records, ensuring all data is up-to-date and accurate.

• Resolve customer inquiries in a timely manner, providing clear and concise information.

• Monitor customer accounts regularly, taking appropriate action when necessary.

• Work independently, while understanding the need to communicate and coordinate work efforts with other employees, teams, and departments.

• Handle high volume of calls, maintaining a high level of professionalism at all times.

• Assist customers in a fast-paced call center environment, providing consistent service.

• Utilize your skills in call center metrics and remote assistance to enhance customer experience.

• Execute data entry tasks as required, ensuring all information is accurate and up-to-date.

• Utilize your knowledge in pharmacy, pharmacy claim, and pharmacy benefit management to assist customers effectively. Requirements • Proven experience in a Call Center Customer Service role

• Exceptional ability to assist customers with various inquiries

• Familiarity with operating in a fast-paced Call Center environment

• Experience in handling high volume calls in an Inbound Call Center

• Ability to meet and exceed Call Center Metrics

• Proficiency in providing Remote Assistance to customers

• Strong Data Entry skills with attention to detail

• Knowledge in Pharmacy, Pharmacy Claim, and Pharmacy Benefit Management

• Experience in working in a high volume call center environment

• Must be able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

• Must be able to work in a team

• Must have problem-solving abilities and be able to adapt quickly to changing circumstances

• Proficiency in using computer systems and software.
