As a Receiving Material Planning Coordinator, you will:
Provide support to the material planning and control function
Receiving inventoried and non-inventoried parts into Oracle ERP System
Expediting receipts via pink ticket process
Resolving aged receipts to ensure parts are fully received within Oracle ERP system
Assure new deliveries are properly received and stored in a timely manner
Validating warehouse staff have properly delivered product within ERP system
Create and generate reports on material plans and schedules
May use material requirements planning (MRP) system
Required Education, Experience, & Skills
High School Graduate or Equivalent
3 to 5 years of experience with inventory control to include Cycle Count, Physical Inventory, and reconciliation of discrepancies
Proficient with Microsoft Office to include Excel, Word, and Outlook
Ability to work independently
Excellent mathematical skills
Keen attention to detail
Problem solving analytics
Positive attitude
Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills
Bachelor's degree in technical or business-related discipline
Basic understanding of MRP fundamentals and ability to use metrics
Experience with Oracle
Experience in Defense, Combat Vehicle product development and/or manufacturing work environment
Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $57100 - $91400
Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
