Job Description: Maintenance Technician

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Maintenance Technician specializing in robotics to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in troubleshooting, maintaining, and repairing robotic systems and related equipment. This role requires technical expertise, problem-solving abilities, and a commitment to ensuring the optimal performance of robotic machinery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Troubleshooting and Repair: Diagnose and repair issues in robotic systems and related equipment.

  • Preventive Maintenance: Perform routine and preventive maintenance on robotic systems to ensure their optimal performance and longevity.

  • Component Replacement: Replace faulty components, such as sensors, actuators, and control boards with precision.

  • System Testing: Conduct thorough testing of robotic systems to ensure they meet quality standards and operate efficiently.

  • Programming and Calibration: Program and calibrate robotic systems to perform specific tasks accurately.

  • Documentation: Maintain detailed records of repairs, maintenance activities, and system performance.

  • Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety guidelines and protocols to maintain a safe working environment.

  • Collaboration: Work closely with other team members and departments to ensure seamless operation of robotic systems.

Qualifications

  • Technical Skills: Proficient in troubleshooting and repairing robotic systems. Familiarity with diagnostic tools and equipment.

  • Experience: Previous experience in robotics maintenance or a related field is preferred.

  • Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and ability to perform precise and accurate work.

  • Problem-Solving: Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.

  • Communication: Strong communication skills to effectively interact with team members and supervisors.

  • Organizational Skills: Ability to manage time effectively and maintain organized records.
