Job Title: Machine Operator
Job Description
As a Machine Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining machinery to ensure efficient production processes. Your role will include:
Setting up machines for production runs.
Monitoring machine operations to detect malfunctions.
Performing routine maintenance and troubleshooting.
Ensuring products meet quality standards.
Adhering to safety protocols and company policies.
Key Responsibilities:
Operate various types of machinery in a safe and efficient manner.
Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of machines.
Adjust machine settings to optimize production quality and efficiency.
Record production data and maintain accurate logs.
Collaborate with team members to meet production targets.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Machine Operator or similar role.
Knowledge of machine operation and maintenance.
Ability to read and interpret technical documents and blueprints.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $24.00/hr.
