What Were Looking for  Demonstrates effective and professional communication skills  Directs departmental performance measures with Supervisor including visual controls and provides regular progress reports to Supervisor  Provides leadership  Assume responsibilities in the absence of the Supervisor in regards to the production line except for hiring discipline and discharging of employees  Operate all milling and multifabrication CNC equipment  Interpret work orders and blueprints to determine machining requirements  Ensuring proper machine adjustments  Other duties as assigned  3 years machining experience  3 years experience as a CNC operator  HS Diploma or the equivalent  Technical schoolapprenticeship program a plus
