Location: York Based (Hybrid 1 day mandatory in the office)

Salary: Attractive salary depending on experience + potential bonus + other fantastic benefits including Nespresso Coffee Machine and monthly allowance of capsules.

Position Summary

We are recruiting for a Reporting Analyst to join the fast paced and energetic Nespresso team reporting directly to the Planning and Reporting Manager. Customers are at the heart of everything we do and providing them with exemplary levels of service is pivotal to our future success. The Reporting Analyst will provide comprehensive reporting solutions and provide data analytics to highlight useful information and support decision making for the business. A day in the life of a Reporting Analyst…

  • Support the establishment of a consistent CRC reporting (dashboards), works actively to build, and/or update the dashboards for CRC and ensure the communication and understanding of the CRC KPI’s.

  • Regularly track circumstances that will impact the contact volume forecast or any other CRC activities, report of any irregularities regarding contact, agent or Customer Database statistics to the responsible department.

  • Obtain pertinent data from all relevant sources, compile and clean this information, and then proceed to analyse the data.

  • Proactively inform colleagues of information that may be of use to you and / or them, encouraging an environment of accurate data capture to ensure the best possible insight.

What will make you successful?

To be successful as a Reporting Analyst at Nespresso, you should be able to generate useful deductions from raw information and share to support data led decision making. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a similar type of environment who is technology focused and able to work within various technical platforms confidently. You will also have:

  • Extensive experience creating reports with Power BI is essential.

  • Experiencing using the Snowflake system.

  • Proven experience as a reporting analyst.

  • Knowledge of suitable data analytic processes.

  • Proven experience creating data-driven knowledge that promotes improvement.

  • Ability to develop visual reports, dashboards and KPI scorecards using Power BI desktop.

  • Able to develop, publish and schedule Power BI reports, per business requirements with Power BI Service.

  • Ability to Connect, import, and transform data from different type sources.

  • Ability to develop DAX measures, understanding of logical and physical data models.

  • Ability to use SQL to query data tables

  • Willingness to incorporate new features and techniques as released by Microsoft Office.
