What tasks are required?
Responsible for assisting in weekly menu development and food preparation, and maintaining the cleanliness of the kitchen and dining areas as assigned by the Executive Chef
Assisting in the inventory of all food service items and supplies as directed.
Responsible for orderly storage and cleanliness of all areas and items within the kitchen, dining room and other food storage, meal service and disposal areas.
Demonstrate knowledge of safe food handling and preparation in enhancing the quality of life of our patients.
What we need from you?
High School Diploma
Minimum 1-2 years of casual dining experience preferred.
Valid Driver's License
Current ServeSafe Certification and/or willingness to obtain within for 90 days of employment.
