Job Description
Join our dedicated team to provide the highest quality of comprehensive primary, preventative and behavioral health services to all, especially the underserved and vulnerable. As a Registered Nurse, you will render professional nursing care to patients within an assigned unit or authorized community health center site in support of medical care as directed by medical staff and pursuant to the objectives and policies of our organization. Your role will include interviewing patients for health history, maintaining medical records, preparing equipment for physician treatments, initiating follow-ups, and triaging patients. You will also be required to demonstrate knowledge of growth and development over the life span to provide appropriate care and attend mandated training to keep up-to-date on all nursing procedures.
Hard Skills
1 year of experience in a primary care setting
Registered Nurse - NYS license
CPR Certification (AHA, ARC or National CPR Association)
Soft Skills
Ability to multitask in various specialties
Strong communication skills for patient interviews and education
Ability to maintain accurate and detailed medical records
Job Type
This is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 6 Month(s).
Work Site
This is a fully on-site position in the Westchester County .
Work Environment
You will work in a multi-specialty setting including Pediatrics, Women's Health, and other departments as needed based on office requirements. Your schedule will be Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday from 8am to 5pm, and Wednesday from 9am to 5pm.
