Abbott Sr. OpEx Manager in Yongin-si, South Korea

Major Responsibilities:
Manage and coordinate the Operational excellence to improve site operation performance.
Develop site operational excellence strategy and operating plan.
Partner with business unit OpEx to determine OpEx activity plans and priorities 4. Build the continues improvement culture to increase operational excellence maturity in site with other departments. (e.g. Manufacuring, Quality, Supply chain, Purchasing, Engineering)
Drive the overall cost saving project in site to achieve the annul CIP/PPV saving target (Affordability project)
Manage and coordinate the 6 sigma projects / lean projects / site level NPI and key projects to deliver the target output on time.
Supervise and develop staff, Ensure appropriate training and education is provided for highly qualified staff, providing on-going performance feedback. Sets goals which align to department plans and manages the execution of goals through coaching and mentoring.
Basic Qualifications | Experience:
Bachelor’s degree is required /MBA or MOT is preferred
Minimum 12 years related work experience
Proficiency in the English communication
Extensive experience of lean project and six sigma project
Strong interpersonal and people management skills
Strong analytical and project management skills
Strong verbal and written communications with ability to effectively communicate at multiple levels in the organization
