Emerson Solution Center Leader in Yongin-si, South Korea
Job Summary:
Emerson is offering an exciting opportunity for a Solutions Center Lead in South Korea! In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
Customer Experience and Technology Leadership:
Stay current with Emerson's portfolio solutions, championing cross-business unit solutions, from intelligent field instruments to software/AI.
Present and demo Emerson's broad portfolio of technologies and solutions, bringing the vision of OneEmerson to life.
Facilitate operational certainty discovery sessions to uncover customer difficulties and needs.
Leverage technology expertise to address customer challenges using Emerson’s wide range of solutions and technologies.
Develop and enhance Solutions Center experience scenarios and training programs tailored to customer requirements, in collaboration with internal collaborators.
Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and complete customer events.
Solutions Center Strategy:
Partner with other Solutions Centers across the APAC region to align strategies and share insights.
Lead the planning and execution of the Strategy Committee, working with representatives from Korea Sales & Marketing teams.
Tech Evangelism and Industry Committees:
Establish yourself as a respected industry expert and subject matter expert (SME).
Represent Emerson in industry committee meetings, advocating for Emerson's interests and strategic direction.
Solutions Center Operations and Management:
Gather feedback from customers, internal stakeholders, and business units using to identify new opportunities for improving the customer experience.
Collaboratively develop new solutions to include in customer experience programs.
Manage the installation and maintenance plans for these solutions in partnership.
Play a pivotal role in upgrading and modernizing to improve customer experience.
Co-manage hardware and software to work closely with business units and collaborators.
Ensure continuous improvement and maintenance of the Solutions Center, adjusting for evolving Emerson business priorities.

For This Role, You Will Need:
Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience in engineering or relevant field of study.
510 years of automation-related engineering or automation sales experience in a customer-facing role.
Relevant experience in the industrial automation field across systems, instrumentation, software, and industrial communication.
Superior communication skills with a highly developed attention to detail including exceptional technical writing skills.
Ability to manage time and juggle multiple priorities to complete high-quality deliverables.
Experience working in a fast-paced and highly cross-functional organization with an ability to operate successfully in a rapidly changing, ambiguous, and undefined environment.
Experience leading cross-functional and diverse teams through networking
Strong natural great teammate with the desire to work with cross-functional groups for broader organizational success.
Preferred comprehensive industry knowledge in one or more of our core industries – Energy, Power, Chemicals, and Life Sciences, etc.
Preferred A/V-related equipment experience
