Manulife Specialist, Partnership Distribution Training in Yangon, Myanmar (Burma)
Responsibilities:
Delivering product knowledge and sales training programs to the company’s sales force.
Work with peers for improvement of the training programs.
Keeps current with training trends and techniques and applies these to training.
Perform related training administration and other tasks for support.
Maintain and enter training-related information.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree holder with at least 1-2 years of work experience as a corporate trainer
Prefer a candidate with insurance industry background
insurance and/or financial institution.
Experience in training delivery to sales forces for impactful results and development.
Experience in administration and/or sales is also preferred.
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Excellent interpersonal skills
Personal qualities of integrity, credibility, and strong work ethics
Ability to work under pressure and resilience
Experts in Microsoft word, excel, PowerPoint, and online training tools
Proficient in English
