What We Offer
- $40.69-$49.85/hour DOE with the ability to go higher for highly experienced candidates
- $7,500 sign-on bonus & $2,000 bonus at 12-months

As an RN Charge Supervisor, you will have the opportunity to:
- Coach, train, and evaluate staff performance
- Facilitate growth through training plans
- Participate in recruitment and orientation of new staff
- Manage department workflow and patient schedules
- Conduct patient assessments and educate on procedures and medications
- Collaborate on care plans and referrals
- Document in EMR systems
- Support providers in procedures and treatments
- Oversee medication administration and patient education
- Plan meetings and monitor program progress
- Ensure compliance with care processes and engage staff in improvement
- Liaise with insurance companies and managed care plans along with other assigned duties
Minimum Qualifications:
Associate's Degree in Nursing
One year's experience as a Registered Nurse (RN)
Two years of supervisory experience is preferred
WA State RN license
BCLS certification is required within 90 days of hire
Bilingual (English/Spanish) is preferred at a level 10 to receive bilingual differential pay
Proficient in nursing principles and procedures & familiar with medication use and effects
Strong communication, problem-solving, and conflict-
