Job Skills / Requirements
Responsibilities
Facilitate training to include:
Defensive Tactics
OC Foam
Use of Restraints
AVADE
Report Writing/SOCS
Firearms/Taser
Motivate and train new and current officers
Ensure all training needs are being met to company standards
Improve and develop training
Ensure the officers meet our uniform standards
Minimum Requirements
Have life experiences to be an excellent trainer
Must be able to obtain WA and OR state security license
Must have the ability to maintain confidentiality
Must be able to work within a team environment
Must be self motivated and able to motivate others
Must be able to work all hours and days
Travel is required
Must have reliable transportation
Must have excellent oral and communication skills
Physically fit and able to meet the physical requirements of the job
Attention to detail and follow-up
Ability to meet deadlines
Supervisory skills a plus
Must be able to obtain armed security license(s) (no felonies or gross misdemeanors)

Will plan and conduct training across all PPC regions. Starting wage $25hr/DOE
Education Requirements (Any)
AA Degree High School Diploma GED
Certification Requirements (All)
Valid State Drivers License
