岗位目标 : 负责新员工的培训工作以及协助主管带领一个10人以上团队，协助主管进行现场的日常管理工作，帮助团队成员在安全要求、质量水平、节拍时间均按指标达到要求或能够完成喷漆全部岗位工作任务。负责部门安全、职业危害防护、环保、消防设备设施管理相关工作。
岗位职责 :
1、协助主管领导团队；
2、通过在岗培训帮助培训新的团队成员；
3、负责按照定义的TAKT节拍时间带领团队完成工作任务；
4、通过合理的人员调配方案进行生产人员的安排，以达到生产要求；
5、识别质量、人员、安全和生产方面的问题并及时向主管汇报；
6、响应本部门和其他部门的质量反馈情况，并持续改进；
7、负责指定区域的工作指标完成，对各项运作指标有准确的了解并负责及时更新；
8、协助主管实施未来状态价值流程图的变革；
9、负责提出和解决所负责区域内的所有相关的持续改进建议；
10、参与负责区域的RIW活动；
11、监视和审核负责区域的PQVC指标，审核标准工作、关键控制点和区域指标表现符合度；
12、协助建立、培训和实施标准化工作流程和文件；
13、组织协调安全计划并实施，以确保满足相关法规、公司标准和业务需求
14、确保部门有关安全的管理系统、操作、程序能符合政府的安全相关法律法规要求
15、负责组织宣传、贯彻、执行国家安全相关的方针政策、法律法规、标准规范及其他要求。
16、督促检查各项安全制度在各职能部门的执行情况。
背景 / 经验 :
1、为人正直，良好的人际沟通能力，强烈的责任心和团队精神；
2、中专及以上学历，喷涂、化学等专业，有电泳或者表面处理经验；
3、熟悉手工或者自动喷漆设备，有5年及以上喷漆工作经验；
4、无色盲或者弱视，矫正前裸眼视力大于1.0；
5、具备良好的安全和质量意识，严格按规定和流程操作；
6、具备良好的5S和TPM (全员生产维护) 理念；
7、具备简单日常英语阅读能力，了解简单的英语喷漆术语；
8、具有简单的计算机操作能力；
JOB PURPOSE: Responsible for new staff technical training and support lead a team of over 10 people as a working member of the team. Assist supervisor in the daily management. To help team members be successful at meeting safety requirements, quality levels, TAKT time requirements and performance goals, or be able to complete all painting job tasks. Responsible for department safety, occupational hazard protection, environmental protection, fire equipment and facilities management
JOB DUTIES:
1、Support and lead a team.
2、Helps train new team members with on-the-job training
3、Lead the team to complete target jobs by TAKT Time.
4、Possesses capability to recommend line staffing to meet flow requirements
5、Identifies quality, staffing, safety and production issue and brings them to the immediate attention of the section manager
6、Respond to quality feedback from the department and other departments and make continuous improvement;
7、Owns metrics for the given area and accountable for each operations metric accuracy and timeliness of the reporting
8、Partners with the Section Manager in implementation of changes needed to achieve future state Value Stream Map
9、Responsible for generating and working continuous improvement ideas for all ideas related to their assigned area
10、Participate in RIWs for their assigned area of responsibility
11、Monitors and audits PQVC metrics for at the cell level in their area, e.g., audits performance compared to: standard work, significant control point and area indicators
12、Assists with creating, training and implementing standardized work processes and documentations
13、Organize and coordinate the implementation of safety program to ensure compliance with relevant regulations, company standards and business requirements
14、Ensure that the department's safety management system, operations and procedures are in compliance with government safety related laws and regulations
15、负责组织宣传、贯彻、执行国家安全相关的方针政策、法律法规、标准规范及其他要求
16、Supervise and inspect the implementation of various safety systems in various functional departments
BACKGROUND/EXPERIENCE:
1、Be integrity, good communication skill, strong consciousness at commitment and teamwork.
2、Technical secondary school or equal education background, major in surface treatment, chemical and so on. Has e-coating or caulking work experience
3、Be familiar for paint equipments, More than 5 years’ painting related working experience is required.
4、Should not be color-blind and tritanope, visual acuity before corrected should be over 1.0
5、Good consciousness of safety and quality, seriously follow all policies and guidelines
6、Good consciousness of 5S & TPM
7、Can read simple information in English; Know simple English painting term
8、Simple computer operation skill
