Boehringer Ingelheim Supply Chain Specialist (Master Data Management) in Wrocław, Poland
The position
Looking for a role where you are collaborating in a newly established team and being involved in transition activities? You will have the unique chance to be actively involved in the integration of our Supply Chain processes into GBS. You will not only provide expertise in Supply Chain, but also take part in performance management and development of further innovative processes. Together with your team you will ensure a high-quality service delivery.
Tasks & responsibilities
As a Supply Chain (SC) Specialist, you are responsible for the execution, compliance, and maintenance of SC processes and procedures as part of the GBS service portfolio. Coordinate with Global Process Owner, Local and Global Stakeholder SC related topics
Ensure reliable and compliant global supply of products to customers.
Coordinate with artworks teams required steps to support launches and product changes.
Ensure execution of Launch, change and pruning planning.
Ensure global alignment and contribute to process optimization of BI´s artwork and change management process.
Contributes to efficient and compliance process run of packaging development through management performance.
Provide information and support suppliers, customers, and corporate center business and functions for all artwork related topics.
Based on strong communication skills, you manage stakeholder interactions successfully
You are familiar with working in projects and being measured against Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) / Service Level Agreements (SLAs) to strive for continuous improvement measures.
About our future employee
You should speak English language min. on a min B2 level and have min. 2 years of experience in end-to-end Supply Chain Management, launch & transfer management, demand and/or supply planning and Master Data Management in an international environment, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry, in shared services, BPO or multinational company.
Additionally, we are looking for:
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, industrial engineering, Supply Chain or economics
Profound knowledge of Supply Chain regulations and their application
Good knowledge in MS Office (Excel, Power BI & Power Point)
Good knowledge in SAP ERP, SAP MM
Dedicated team player with a structured and solution-oriented working style
Ability to work in a diverse international environment.
Positive approach with ability to come up with ideas in our Speak-Up culture and actively participate in process optimization
