Boehringer Ingelheim Supply Chain Management Specialist in Wrocław, Poland

The position

Looking for a role where you are collaborating in a newly established team and being involved in transition activities? You will have the unique chance to be actively involved in the integration of our Supply Chain processes into GBS. You will not only provide expertise in Supply Chain, but also take part in process optimization and development of further innovative processes. Together with your team you will ensure a high-quality service delivery.

Tasks & responsibilities

  • As a Supply Chain (SC) Specialist you are responsible for the execution, compliance, and maintenance of SC processes and procedures as part of the GBS service portfolio. Coordinate with Global Process Owner, Local and Global Stakeholder SC related topics.

  • Additionally, you understand the global serialization, track & trace requirements including alert management for Europe.

  • You ensure the global market supply of products (finished goods, bulk, APIs) sourced from internal and external manufacturing sites by accurate and timely processing of transactional activities of order processing in compliance with the respective external and internal regulations.

  • Furthermore, you guarantee that the global supply is in line with customer service level target, particularly by executing and monitoring BIX@ orders, deliveries, shipments & other transactional activities by being responsible for "deliver".

  • You are responsible for managing inbound and outbound/customer complaints, partially in alignment with Logistics incident management.

  • Ensure in-time and accurate processing Go-Track Deviations and BIX@ Complaints in line with its related procedures and in-time escalation to the respective manager.

  • Based on strong communication skills, you manage stakeholder interactions successfully.

  • You are familiar with working in projects and being measured against Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) / Service Level Agreements (SLAs) to strive for continuous improvement measures.

About our future employee

You should speak English language min. on a C1 level and have min. 3 years of experience in in customer service, logistic incidents and/or order processing in an international environment, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry, in shared service, BPO or multinational company.

Additionally, we are looking for:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, logistics and/or Supply Chain Management

  • Profound knowledge of Supply Chain regulations and their application

  • Distinct empathy, team spirit, accountability, intrapreneurship, and a high service orientation with customer centricity

  • Positive approach with ability to come up with ideas in our Speak-Up culture and actively participate in process optimization
