THE POSITION
Looking for a leadership role where you not only are managing an experienced team - but can shape it from day 1? Help us expand our First Level Support function in our new GBS Center Wroclaw and form a team responsible for S2P Support for Germany.
Tasks & responsibilities
As Manager Source to Pay Direct Team Manager you directly lead the team of up to 15 Specialists
You manage the team to provide all of services in the area of First Level Support and deliver the services in line with agreed service level agreements, quality, and time
You ensure and manage smooth transition of Germany into GBSC, service delivery and harmonization of processes over all-sub-teams
You prepare the team and end-user for the Go-live
You ensure the stabilization of the processes after deployment and support change management after Go-live
You drive continuous improvement and harmonization of processes in the GBSC countries in service
You identify and validate local business needs and foster identification of innovation
You participate in cross-functional/ worldwide projects
You Support the Service Country for external/ internal audits
About our future employee:
You should have around 2 -3 years of professional experience in people leadership in S2P area and speak fluent English and German.
Additionally, we are looking for:
Master's degree preferably in Finance/Business Administration field or related areas
Excellent understanding/knowledge of end-to-end S2P processes with focus on End Users support
Excellent communication skills
High customer service orientation and open mindset
Excellent analytical skills, strategic mind-set and capable of prioritizing
Ability to deliver results in a fast-paced environment
Experience in Service Now system
Excellent Microsoft Office skills
