Boehringer Ingelheim Order to Cash Process Senior Specialist (SAP Solution Design) in Wrocław, Poland
The position
Joining our company, you will gather an overview of the GBS Order to Cash (O2C) Process Management Organization with a particular focus on the tasks and responsibilities from Demand to Deploy, evaluating process & system change request, proposing solutions and taking the necessary steps to implement them to the template. You are working in a globally operating team that designs, builds and continuously improves Boehringer Ingelheim’s global Processes, using agile principles, methods and tools on a daily basis.
Tasks & responsibilities
As a Demand to Deploy O2C Process Senior Specialist, you work in cross-functional teams to ensure the continuous improvement of our standardized processes in global projects.
You work on requests for process and system improvements, changes and demands, coordinating with the respective Process Expert for analyzing and developing solution proposals.
You participate to the ERP Releases, ensuring that all required tasks are performed in time and quality.
You ensure the compliance and validated state of our processes and systems.
You manage the execution and documentation of testing and training activities.
Based on strong communication skills, you manage stakeholder interactions successfully and define the level of standardization for our processes and / or systems.
You are familiar with agile methods and tools, participating in projects driven with this methodology.
You are familiar with working in projects and being measured against Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) / Service Level Agreements (SLAs) to strive for continuous improvement measures.

You should speak English fluently and have experience in at least some of the following: gathering business requirements, providing conceptual and detailed designs to meet business needs, performing necessary SAP configurations, writing specifications for development of custom programs, testing, co-ordination of transports to production and post go-live support.
Additionally, we are looking for:
Bachelor’s Degree; preferably in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, IT or similar
Work experience of at least 4 years with a profound knowledge in Order to Cash relevant processes in SAP
Ideally SAP functional experience specializing in design and/or configuration of SAP modules with the focus on Order Management, Accounts Receivable and Credit Management
Experience in at least some of the following: gathering business requirements, providing conceptual and detailed designs to meet business needs, performing necessary SAP configurations, writing specifications for development of custom programs, testing, co-ordination of transports to production and post go live support
Good technical skills and technical affinity to systems like SAP ERP, SAP S/4HANA and SAP Solution Manager needed
Project Management experiences and / or consulting background preferred
Experience with agile methods (e.g., SCRUM, Kanban) and tools (e.g. JIRA) would be an advantage
Strong analytical capabilities and proven problem-solving competence for complex challenges.
Dedicated team player with good communication skills, and a structured way of working
