Boehringer Ingelheim Internship - HR Learning Services with German in Wrocław, Poland

The Position

As part of your studies or as a graduate, are you interested in an internship with an internationally successful company that has already received several awards as the best employer and is one of the world's leading manufacturers of innovative pharmaceuticals? Joining our company, you will gather an overview of the GBS-HR Organization with a particular focus on the tasks and responsibilities of the Learning Services team.

The start time of our 6 months long paid internship program (contract of mandate) as well as the working hours can be flexibly adjusted to your availability (full-time or part-time). We are meeting on-site in our office in Wrocław at least 3 days a week.

Tasks and responsibilities

  • Participating in trainings (according to training schedule) and workshops

  • Participating in team/country meetings

  • Support in projects, research and team engagement activities

  • Preparing and analyzing learning reports

  • Support in trainings’ organization and administration, incl. communication with the learners/trainers

  • Support in learning marketing materials creation, newsletters

  • Responding to basic queries mainly via email both in English and German

About our future Intern

You should speak German and English languages (both min. B1) and have the willingness to learn on the job.

Additionally, we are looking for:

  • Students or graduates interested in the field of HR Learning Administration

  • Willingness to learn new skills and to take over the responsibility for the assigned tasks

  • Proactivity, good organization of the own work and the ability to prioritize

  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills with high level of reliability and confidentiality

  • Empathy, team spirit and service-oriented mindset

  • Knowledge of MS Office (Word and Excel)
