Tasks & responsibilities
As an HR Direct Specialist you will participate in the transition of HR Direct processes connected to document creation.
You will be responsible to create different types of documents, following internal and external compliance regulations; among other: reference letters, certificates of employment, power of attorney letters, secondary employment letters.
You cooperate with internal and external stakeholders in relation to the documents in scope.
You ensure a timely delivery of the service and splendid employee experience using your strong communication skills, social and technical competencies, and strive for continuous improvement of the provided services.
You may work on projects and in the environment where we use targets to measure the service quality.
You collaborate with various stakeholders and are responsible for building and maintaining our internal and external knowledge base in relation to the documents in scope of the team.
As the owner of at least one competence center (e.g. Certificates, Reference Letters) you are in close contact with relevant stakeholders and provide updates or trainings to the HR Direct team.
About our future employee
You have excellent speaking and writing German language skills (min. B2/C1) & speak English (min. B2) and have around over 4 years of professional experience in supporting employees/customers with their HR queries, administrative tasks, or document creation.
Additionally, we are looking for:
Completed higher education preferably in HR field or related areas
Great attention to details, strong communication skills, distinct empathy, team spirit, accountability, customer orientation, drive for innovation
Positive approach with ability to come up with ideas in our Speak-Up culture and participate in process optimization
Proven ability to capture complex issues in a solution-oriented working style
Preferably working experience with SuccessFactors, SAP HCM, MS Office, ServiceNow and OpenText
A background in HR projects is considered as an advantage
