We are currently looking for Debt Collection Associate – 2nd Shift to support our Finance Shared Service Center in Wroclaw.
US customer portfolio / Second shift work (13:00-21:00/14:00-22:00)

Responsibilities:
Focusing on analysing extensive datasets using advanced Excel skills
Identifying trends and optimizing collection processes with minimal customer interaction
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to propose innovative strategies
Ensuring compliance with regulations and enhance overall efficiency
Required Qualifications:
Proficiency in English (min. C1)
Expertise in data analysis and reporting
Advanced Excel skills
Collaboration and communication
Compliance knowledge
Attention to detail and problem-solving
