EY GDS Poland has been in operation since 2011, supporting around 30 countries across 14 services in English and non-English languages. In order to make pursuit processes in GSA (Germany, Switzerland and Austria) more successful, we support our colleagues from all service lines (Assurance, Advisory, Tax and Transaction Advisory) with our GSA Pursuits Hotline. As a Pursuits Team Member, you contribute to the development of our company and increase the chance of winning pursuits by advising our partners and the pursuit manager on the hotline/skype chat or via e-mail and providing them with the materials and know-how they need for a successful pursuit process.

Your key responsibilities:
Processing all requests concerning the pursuit process
Offering competent advice and assistance to ourcolleagues by telephone and email
Supporting pursuit teams and independently managingindividual workstreams within pursuit processes
Research activity and analyses
Building a network within the EY organization
Reporting all requests for the purpose of internalprocess optimization
Working closely with Pursuits Managers,Partners, Engagement Teams and colleagues from EY GDS
Skills and attributes for success:
You should be fluent in German (C1+) and English (B1+)
1+ years of experience in the field of customersupport
You should enjoy making phone calls and dealing withpeople.
Familiarity with Microsoft Office, especiallyPowerPoint
Ability to work independently, with attention todetail and a proactive approach
Strong communication skills, ability to communicateclearly and concisely with co-workers at all levels
You must have experience and be comfortable workingclosely with global teams.
