JOB REQUIREMENTS: Direct Hire Comprehensive benefits package \$120-170K Base + Bonus Fully Onsite M-F We are seeking a dynamic Director of Operations to join the leadership team of a metal fabrication company. This new position will work closely with the President of the organization, guiding operations to align with their strategic goals. This will include the management and oversight of process improvement, team development, financial management, compliance & safety, stakeholder engagement, and leading the teams through technology and innovation integration.
