F-22 Flight Manual Program Manager

JOB SUMMARY:

KBR is seeking an experienced Flight Manual Manager. The successful candidate will utilize their expertise to provide overall technical oversight and support the F-22 Flight Manual Management Support Program. The candidate will function as the KBR Deputy Site Lead and provide supervision of other KBR EPASS personnel.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Organize the TO Life Cycle process for developing flight manuals, performance manuals, and weapons release manuals for a weapon system

  • Verify TOs, to include updating, and managing USAF flight manuals

  • Support and comply with the requirements of AFI 11-215, USAF Flight Manual Program

  • Support development of flight manual data using a common source database

  • Support all aspects of the USAF's Main Operating Base stand-up process

    BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

  • BS / BA in Engineering related field (e.g., aeronautical, electrical, mechanical, aerospace, etc.) is required and 15+ years of directly related experience with a minimum of five years of must be within the DoD Or

  • MS/MA in Engineering related field (e.g., aeronautical, electrical, mechanical, aerospace, etc.) is required and 12+ years of directly related experience with a minimum of five years of must be within the DoD Or

  • 20+ years of directly related experience with proper certifications, with eight of which must be in the DoD

  • Preferred: Military/Civil Aircrew Experience using Flight Manuals and/or experience as a Flight Manual Manager

  • Top Secret / Special Compartmentalized Information (TS/ SCI)
