We are on the hunt for a Desktop Support Analyst to join our team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to handle customer applications, maintain records and resolve inquiries. Your duties will also include monitoring customer accounts and taking appropriate action.

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate network, establish security rules, and implement best practices.

• Answer and resolve IT trouble tickets regarding network, software, and firewall issues.

• Use a proactive approach to find details behind problems and troubleshoot them creatively.

• Utilize the Freshservice ticketing system to assist primarily internal employees.

• Work cohesively with support teams.

• Communicate effectively via phone, email, Teams, and other chat systems to work on tickets.

• Process customer credit applications accurately and efficiently.

• Maintain accurate customer credit records.

Requirements

• Familiarity with Cisco Technologies to maintain, troubleshoot, and manage network devices.

• Expertise in Computer Hardware to diagnose, repair, and maintain all hardware components of the company's computer systems.

• Proficiency in Dell Technologies for managing and troubleshooting Dell-specific hardware and software.

• Knowledge of Active Directory to manage network users, logins, and security settings.

• Ability to handle Apple Devices, including troubleshooting, updates, and user instruction.

• Experience with Backup Technologies to ensure data safety and recovery during system failures.

• Strong grasp of Configuration Management to maintain system security, consistency, and functionality.
