This non-exempt, full-time position assists with administrative and clerical duties. Maintains professionalism and confidentiality. Performs administrative/clerical duties which may include typing, data entry, mailings, filing, copying,  answering calls, greeting visitors, recordkeeping, and customer service. Composes and distributes routine correspondence/fax/email communications. Proofreads and ensures accuracy of materials and documents. Opens and distributes incoming mail. Prepares outgoing mail and/or overnight deliveries. Manages calendars, schedules and coordinates meetings, appointments, and/or conference calls, arranges  travel and reservation booking. Will attend staff meetings and record minutes. Will create spreadsheets, prepare presentations, and conduct internet research. May be assigned work on special projects. Behaves as a liaison; between managers and their direct reports, across work teams, between departments, and to external resources. Performs other duties as assigned. High school diploma, college degree preferred 5+ years of administrative experience Must be proficient in Mircrosoft Word, Excel and Powerpoint. Technical: computer systems, planning & scheduling, safety policies and procedures

Requires the following specific types of vision: close, distance, depth perception and ability to adjust focus. Work Environment: May be exposed to the following environmental conditions: moving mechanical parts, fumes or airborne particles, outside weather conditions and vibration. Typical environment is quiet working conditions in an office setting
