Saint-Gobain HR Business Partner, Sales & Marketing in WORCESTER, Massachusetts

As a Business Partner to Sales & Marketing, your role includes leading people management, talent acquisition, and development strategy. Core responsibilities involve overseeing performance management, employee engagement, compensation and benefits, recruitment, organizational planning, and employee experience. Collaboration with business managers and stakeholders to align HR practices with the business strategy is essential. This position will support a diverse group of professionals in the areas of Industrial Sales, Automotive Aftermarket Sales, DIY Sales, Construction Products, Applications Engineering, National Accounts, & Marketing.

Your day-to-day

  • Develop HR Strategy, driving positive employee relations, creating and sustaining a productive and customer-centric culture.

  • Lead Talent Management strategies in the business, including workforce planning, succession planning, and talent acquisition.

  • Build an effective relationship with employees. Investigate and resolve employee relations issues and complaints.

  • Partner with Commercial Leadership to identify, document & communicate Sales Incentive Plans. Support and manage annual cycle for merit & bonus planning.--

  • Ensure compliance with employment regulations, policies, practices, and applicable laws, and provide consultation and insight to the management team.

• 7+ years of HR in sales or manufacturing. Exposure to senior management teams, and leading projects and programs.

• Bachelor's Degree in HR, Finance, Management

Preferred:

• SHRM professional certification

• 3+ years of managing other HR professionals

• MBA or similar
