Loyalty is a top initiative within the company that requires awareness and engagement from our store colleagues. We are eager to identify the creative thinker and operations minded individual who will help our team deliver on our business objectives through impactful field plans and activation.

The Senior Advisor, Loyalty Operations, will be responsible for ensuring our loyalty program is properly activated across our 9K retail stores. In this role you will understand and specialize in our rewards program to build thoughtful plans that motivate, engage and support field and store colleagues in growing and activating our loyalty program.

You are someone who advocates for the colleague and is committed to creating value-add, supportive, and engaging colleague experiences. You will report to the Lead Director of Loyalty Operations, with frequent exposure and engagement with the GM of Loyalty.

Primary Job Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Field Strategy & Engagement

  • Field reporting and optimizations

  • Ongoing Performance Tracking

  • Development of Loyalty Tools & Resources

  • Lead our store and field-based Loyalty colleague leadership groups

  • Collaboration across teams to drive success

  • Travel requirements – up to 25% travel expected

The successful candidate will have a strong work ethic, be a self-starter, and able to be highly productive in a dynamic, collaborative environment while being confident, curious, and flexible.

The ideal candidate will have the following knowledge / skill / ability:

  • Prior experience in retail operations (Brick & Mortar preferred), Loyalty programs, Retail Front Store or Pharmacy or field leadership. Think colleague!

  • Passion for loyalty, operations, and retail execution

  • Clear and strong communication skills, the ability to transfer knowledge to inspire and train exceptional execution

  • Highly responsible and accountable for delivering results

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including presenting to large audiences and senior leaders

  • Consistently leads by example and contributes to overall team success through a positive mindset and resiliency

  • Business Athlete- Highly organized, proactive work style with a bias for action, ability to think strategically and execute flawlessly

  • Ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights

  • Translate vision and strategy into actionable timelines and produce successful outcomes

  • MS Office Suite, including advanced Excel and PowerPoint capabilities

Required Qualifications:

  • 7-10 years’ corporate business operations experience or similar

  • 3-5 years experience in Retail and or Pharmacy experience and/or experience working with retail colleagues (field leaders, corporate operations)

  • Knowledge of loyalty programs, operations, retail pharmacy or FS retail a plus

Preferred Qualifications:

Master’s Degree

Education:

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

$82,940.00 - $182,549.40

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. This position also includes an award target in the company’s equity award program.
