Dartmouth Health Historic Homes of Runnemede (HHR)-Maintenance Director in Woodstock, Vermont
Job Summary:
Historic Homes of Runnemede is looking for a Full-Time Maintenance Director for a 39 bed Residential Care Facility, and an independent living apartment building.
Candidates will have experience with repairs of historic buildings. That will include: light plumbing, light electrical, carpentry, painting, ground maintenance (mowing, trimming, gardening, snow removal), emergency fire systems execution and drills, masonry, roofing, kitchen equipment, and management of outside vendors.
Candidates will need to maintain organized records of maintenance activities, negotiate favorable repair/installation contracts, supervise general maintenance tech staff, and provide on-call maintenance needs.
