Actalent Intake Nurse in Woods Cross, Utah
Description
Intake nurse needed for large long term care/skilled nursing/acute care/hospice organization. Will be responsible for referral coordinating, verifying and entering physician's orders, identifying level of care required by patient, review documentation to determine facility placement, coordinate orders with pharmacist, works closely with referring hospitals, physicians, skilled nursing facilities, patients, and families. No patient hands on patient care, this is an office position M-F schedule between hours of 8am and 7pm, will rotate

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $32.00 - $32.00
