About this Role The District Operations Manager for Electronic Security Systems (ES) oversees the operations for multiple branches, focusing on managing non-sales personnel and promoting excellent customer service to maintain client relationships. This role involves supervising the installation and service of electronic security systems for commercial and residential clients, collaborating closely with Sales Managers to ensure cohesive service delivery. This position will be responsible for operational efficiency, strategic planning, and process improvements, and will require strong leadership and communication skills, along with relevant industry knowledge. This is for the district including our offices in Madison, Wausau and Minocqua, WI and Rockford, IL.
