Description We are offering an exciting role for a Help Desk Analyst I in the Wholesale Distribution - Dur Goods industry, based in WOODRIDGE, Illinois. As a Help Desk Analyst, you will be providing technical support, troubleshooting problems, and assisting with various tasks within the department.
Responsibilities:
• Provide troubleshooting assistance to resolve technical issues
• Carry out tasks associated with the department on a daily basis
• Adapt to using additional third-party products as required
• Support the warehouse management system (WMS) used in warehousing operations
• Proficiently use Microsoft Office products, along with the Microsoft Windows Server environment
• Utilize skills in Database, Microsoft, Active Directory, Computer Hardware, Configuration Management, Deskside Support, Desktop Hardware, and Microsoft Office 365 to perform duties efficiently
• Manage and resolve customer credit inquiries
• Monitor customer credit accounts and undertake appropriate action to collect delinquent payments. Requirements • Proficiency in Citrix Technologies is required.
• Demonstrable experience in Database management.
• Familiarity with EO/IR systems is a must.
• Proficiency in Lotus Notes is needed.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite is required.
• Demonstrated experience in Active Directory management.
• Knowledge of Computer Hardware is essential.
• Proficiency in Configuration Management is required.
• Experience in Deskside Support is a must.
• Familiarity with Desktop Hardware is needed.
