The Odom Corporation Sales Support Coordinator in Woodmont Beach, Washington

Description Job Description This position is responsible for efficient, accurate and timely support for the sales department through various work responsibilities. The Sales Coordinator will provide sales and supplier support, prepare reports, organize meetings, provide product knowledge, and build relationships with employees, customers and suppliers. Hourly Range - $25.50 - $28.75 Essential Duties & Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Sales Communication Maintain and communicate the Product Presell List, coordinating with both brand Supplier representatives and specific internal NW Beverage Sales Personnel. Establish, maintain, and communicate on a timely basis a variety of Sales reports including: Inventory Reports, SQL(Sequel) Reports, eoMarketing Progress Reports, and eoStar Reports to specific internal NW Beverage sales personnel. Maintain and communicate the NW Beverage WWA central calendar for brand promotions and general sales meetings; to ensure maximum awareness and efficiency of scheduled events. Sales Analysis Track and provide benchmarking analysis of Sales performance execution of supplier incentives to specific Sales Personnel, as requested. Ensure the benchmarking/tracking of brand marketing calendar and monthly brand focus/priorities. Generate and communicate the results of supplier program compliance reports as requested by senior management and sales management, on a timely basis. Track and communicate weekly to Sales Management, the use and implementation of eoMarket Sales tool to both new and existing customers, as a platform option for product replenishment. Sales Marketing Become familiar with the internal NW Beverage MMS Point of Sale (POS) System and location and use of the system. Communication to the Sales team regarding the availability of POS inventory to be used in the marketplace. Sales Event and Festival Coordination Work with and communicate with the NW Beverage Administration Manager on the Coordination of all Festivals and events in the NW Beverages footprint. Ensure proper event licenses for alcohol beverage are on record and proper inventory is on hand for each event. Need to become familiar with all Washington State liquor laws as it pertains to distribution and events. Communicate all unusual inventory needs to the NW Beverage Brand Managers, Sales Teams, and Sales Management for specific consumer events. Job Requirements Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Able to manage heavy workloads under stress and maintain a business composure. Able to maintain professional composure while working with employees of different skill levels. Strong analytical skills. Able to make decisions quickly and effectively. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.) Bachelor's Degree preferred. High school diploma or General Education Degree (GED) required. Preferred Skills Beverage Industry Experience. Syndicated Data. Reporting and score carding. Sales and marketing experience. Previous Analyst experience. Public Speaking experience.
