Summary This position is located in the Department of Health & Human Services (HHS), Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS), Office of Information Technology(OIT), DIV OF MDR SYSM MODERNIZATION (FCMBBK). As a Product Manager, GS-0301-13, you will achieve Center and Office-wide outcomes and to continuously deliver value to CMS and its related stakeholders through the design, implementation, and ongoing management of key digital products and data services. Responsibilities Brief management, executives, and business stakeholders to explain, justify, and influence the acceptance of findings. Collaborate within and across teams to release products that meet user needs. Provide full-scale delivery of products and/or programs involving team members outside the immediate work group using Agile and Lean methodologies. Ensure that product documentation, including product scope, status, presentations, etc., is produced and updated as needed on the program-shared information repository. Develop products and/or programs incorporating agile, lean, and human-centered methodologies. This includes evaluating past assumptions and continuously incorporating that new information into the direction of the product. Determine how to meet organization priorities to evaluate designs that include emerging product development and management practices.
