• Answers incoming calls to the customer service team. - Receives customer inquiries and complaints. - Answers questions and provides information about services. - Clearly and accurately documents issues. - Resolves customer inquiries relating to transportation; communicates resolution to customers. • Experience Preferred: - Up to 2 years of customer service or basic office experience preferred. Skills and Knowledge Required: 2 years customer service or basic office experience preferred - Basic to intermediate computer knowledge/PC experience required - Proven interpersonal skills dealing with the public required - pleasant telephone voice/manner required - Strong verbal communication and listening skills are required.

• Must be bilingual, proficient in speaking and understanding English and Spanish. - Ability to communicate well via the written word or verbally -

• Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and exhibit good interpersonal skills with others, at all levels both internal and external -

• Must be able to deal patiently and friendly with external customer problems and complaints and remain courteous when faced with difficult or angry customers -
