*Work Schedule: *This is a full-time, on-site 40 hours per week position. Schedule to start is a Tuesday thru Sunday schedule. [Schedules are based on job performance - revenue ranking & calls per hour matter.] The Support Call Center in Woodinville, WA is open 7am to 7pm Monday thru Friday, and 8am to 5pm on Saturday and Sunday. Earned Remote work after 90 days.
Pay rate: *$22/hr during TRAINING; $20/hr + COMMISSIONS after TRAINING. *Open to discussion of REMOTE work based on performance after 90 days.

- High character and integrity with a team-oriented work ethic
- Ability to multi-task and work in a high-stress/fast-paced environment.
- Computer savvy and familiar with Outlook, MS Teams, and CRM databases [We use ServiceTitan]
- Must have the ability to type quickly to capture phone conversations and data
- Excellent attendance is mandatory.
- Previous Customer Service AND / OR Sales experience is a plus!
- Flexible with work schedule - schedules are based on job performance
