As the Payroll Clerk, you will handle data entry, reconciliation of timecards, paycheck distribution, and providing statements to various departments. This permanent position is a terrific opportunity and is based in the Oakdale, Minnesota area. In this role, the candidate will be expected to work with both the internal team and external customers and therefore, must possess outstanding communication skills.
What you get to do every day
Contact employees via email and phone to collect timesheet approvals
Perform other duties as assigned
Generate and run custom reports
Compile data into spreadsheets and the payroll system
Administer reports as instructed and make them easily accessible by distributing them
Assist in office efficiency by carrying out clerical duties such as filing, scanning, faxing, photocopying, etc.
Instruct and train employees in the use of payroll-related systems including entry of timesheets, online access of pay statements, etc. Requirements Payroll - Over 500 Employees, Benefits Administration, ADP - Payroll, 10 - Key Accounting, Reconcile Payroll, MS Office 365
